Drew Harris is an associate at Graves, Dougherty, Hearon & Moody in Austin, Texas. He is also a Co-Founder and Managing Editor of Nanotechnology Law & Business, a peer reviewed quarterly journal. Mr. Harris has spoken and published articles on nanotechnology patent law. His publications in the area of nanotechnology include Strategies for Resolving Patent Disputes Over Nanoparticle Drug Delivery Systems and Shrinking the Battlefield: A Review of Nanotechnology and Homeland Security. Prior to joining Graves Dougherty, Mr. Harris was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable John G. Koeltl, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Harris received a B.A. degree with highest honors from the University of Texas-Austin, and received a J.D. degree from Stanford Law School, where he was an Articles Editor for the Stanford Law Review, the Book Notes Editor for the Stanford Journal of International Law, and the Submissions Director for the Stanford Technology Law Review. Mr. Harris is admitted to the New York bar, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York. |
